What is the registration code?

This is basically your receipt number which you got when you purchased the software. If you purchased My Tube Tunes from ClickBank then you will get these details email to you. If you picked this up from a show then it should of been given to you. If you have any issues please use the contact page.

Video is just a white page?

If you start playing a vidIf you start playing a video eo but the screen stays white, you need to download the latest Flash player drivers. Simply goto Adobe by clicking this link and then click the install button.

Is this legal?

Yes! We use live video streaming through our software. For further info please visit the link supplied from YouTube about the 'Terms Of Use' video streaming in section  5  - b http://www.youtube.com/t/terms  

I have already purchased the software for my home pc. Can I load another copy to my laptop?

Under our software license agreement and company policy regarding the ‘Terms Of Use' (T.O.U.) we adhere to 1 registration code per 1 pc, and or, 1 downloaded copy of the software to 1 pc. We keep the value of our software at a very low purchase price, to which I'm sure you'll agree. If you require an additional registration code for say your laptop, you can purchase another registration code at a special discount price of just $12.95 please use our contact page page to inform us you wish to do so.

Do you do any updates to the software?

Yes. We frequently add new updates to make your software extremely useful, and this is FREE of charge to you. As soon as we have finished an update to the software you’ll be directly notified the very next time you open your My Tube Tunes software from your desktop icon. A new popup dialog box will appear on your desktop screen saying that a new update is ready for you to install. Click on the ‘Update’ button and allow the install to take affect.
